Account Representative ENTRY LEVEL Outside Sales

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Associate Degree

• Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience

On a Daily Basis You Will :

• Meet Face to Face with New and Existing Clients

• Attend Virtual Business Meetings

• Complete Daily Sales Reports

• Present Progress at Meetings

• Collect and Track Sales Data

• Attend Training Workshops

• Learn New Products and Promotions from the Client

Job Requirements

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Increase sales with national accounts
  • Generate new sales in prospective accounts
  • Achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account
  • Conduct periodic account base adjustment to add new accounts or delete existing accounts
  • Support outside sales generating new sales within territory
  • Maintain existing relationships with assigned accounts
  • Implementing new sales and business activities with key accounts
  • Enhance clients' existing customer accounts by phone
  • Grow and leverage sales within assigned business accounts
  • Maintain all account features on all brokerage accounts
  • Grow the company through prospecting new clients and performing account management on existing assigned accounts
  • Placing insurance on assigned accounts
  • Advance regional sales efforts for national accounts
  • Supervising and coaching account managers and account executives
  • Develop existing accounts and seek new business
  • Answer all customer inquiries from assigned accounts
  • Provide marketing and field sales support for national accounts
  • Maintain an existing account database of companies to achieve sales quota
  • Close major accounts to achieve budgeted sales goals
  • Provide sales, administrative and account service support
